  • The product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags, original packaging, and the accompanying invoice intact.
  • The customer shall bear the shipping costs for the return or exchange unless otherwise specified during the purchase process.

Exchange & Return for Manufacturing Defects (Within 30 Days)

  • If a manufacturing defect is discovered, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Flyon shall bear all shipping costs for the return or exchange process.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products that have been altered at the customer's request (e.g., hemming or length adjustment).
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the washing and ironing instructions provided with the product.

Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Return requests must be submitted through the official Flyon website.
  2. Upon receiving and inspecting the product to verify compliance with the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.
  3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (for bank cards, this may take 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank's policy). For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via electronic wallets or postal money order.

The FLYON brand shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations (including shipping and delivery of orders) if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, acts of terrorism, pandemics, civil unrest, sovereign authority decisions, general disruptions to telecommunications or electricity networks, or any other force majeure event that prevents the completion of the commercial transaction in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
